Whole-room renovations, roofing, mid-size estate cleanouts

Dumpster Rental in Ocala, FL

Ocala sits at the heart of Marion County, the county seat and the horse capital of the world, and cleanup projects here run the gamut. One driveway might hold a kitchen remodel in a Silver Springs Shores ranch home; the next, a barn cleanout on a rolling horse farm out along the NW corridor. The Junk Sharks stock roll-off dumpsters built for all of it, delivered straight to homes, ranch properties, and job sites from our yard right here on NE Jacksonville Road.

Whether you are a homeowner in Marion Oaks clearing out a garage, a contractor framing new construction near the Cross Florida Greenway, or a property manager turning over a rental in On Top of the World, you get flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees and a container that drops clean and level on your driveway. We know the local streets, the gated communities, and the long ranch driveways, so placement is one less thing to think about.

What You Can (and Can't) Put in the Dumpster

Roll-offs handle the vast majority of what a home or job site produces, but a short list of items has to stay out for safety and to keep loads legal at the disposal site. Here is the quick rundown.

Accepted:

  • Household junk, furniture, and general clutter
  • Construction and demolition debris (drywall, lumber, framing)
  • Roofing shingles and tear-off material
  • Yard waste, brush, and landscaping debris
  • Appliances (non-refrigerant) and fixtures
  • Clean concrete, brick, and dirt (ask about heavy loads)

Not accepted:

  • Hazardous materials, paint, and solvents
  • Tires and vehicle batteries
  • Chemicals, pesticides, and motor oils
  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing material
  • Wet concrete and sludge
  • Propane tanks, fuels, and other flammables

Not sure where an item lands? Give us a text or call and we will sort it out before the bin arrives. Anything we cannot take in the dumpster often has a proper drop-off at your local county transfer station or a hazardous-waste collection day.

Serving Ocala and Nearby Areas

From our Ocala yard we cover the whole Marion County area, including Belleview, Summerfield, Silver Springs, Dunnellon, Anthony, Reddick, and the neighborhoods in between, from downtown and the historic districts to Marion Oaks, Silver Springs Shores, and the farm country northwest of town. Order in the morning and there is a good chance we can have a container on your driveway the same day, and most other orders go out next day. Every drop is driveway-safe, set down on boards so your surface stays protected, and picked up on a schedule that fits your project instead of ours.

Have a pile that is too heavy or awkward to load yourself? Our Ocala junk removal crew can haul it for you, no dumpster required. Ready to lock in a bin? Schedule your dumpster rental online or text us at (352) 581-2576, seven days a week from 6am to 8:30pm.

Where we drop dumpsters in Ocala

We place dumpsters all over Marion County every week, and Ocala neighborhoods are not all the same job. Here is how we handle the ones we see most.

SR 200 corridor and the 55+ communities

On Top of the World, Oak Run, and Stone Creek all sit off SR 200, and most are gated. Give the gate your delivery window and our truck gets waved through without a callback. Streets in these communities are wide and clean, so placement is easy — the thing to handle ahead of time is the HOA. Check your community's HOA rules before delivery day — we're happy to time the drop around them. Tell us which community you are in and we will size the rental around those rules. Driveway boards go down on every drop, which matters on the newer stamped and painted driveways out there.

Silver Springs Shores

Off Maricamp and SR 464, the Shores is straightforward: single-family lots, most with room for a driveway drop. A lot of these lots are sandy once you leave the pavement, so we keep the can on the concrete with boards under the rails instead of setting it in the yard where a loaded 20 yarder will dig in.

Downtown and the historic district

Narrow drives and grand oaks are the two things we plan around downtown. Our driver will walk the placement with you before the can comes off the truck — checking limb clearance, the swing of the roll-off rails, and whether a 15 yard with its 3-foot walls fits the spot better than a taller 20. Low-profile cans load easier over the side on tight lots anyway.

NW horse-farm corridor

Off US 441 and 225A, the farm work is its own category. Long limerock drives are no problem for our trucks, and we drop at the barn, not the road — nobody wants to wheelbarrow stall waste and old fencing a quarter mile. Barn cleanouts, fence tear-outs, and storage-building demos usually land in a 20 or 30 yard.

Marion Oaks and Calesa Township

Marion Oaks, off CR 484 south of town, is steady renovation and cleanout work on standard driveways. Calesa Township is the opposite end: active new construction, where we place cans on graded pads and swap them out as the build fills them.

Where Ocala's debris actually goes

Most loads we haul in Ocala go to Baseline Landfill at 5601 SE 66th St, open Monday through Saturday, 7am to 5pm, (352) 671-8465. It is a short run from almost anywhere in town, which is part of why we can turn cans fast here.

Not everything goes in the ground. Scrap metal gets pulled and recycled, and furniture or household goods in usable shape get set aside for donation instead of buried. Your tonnage covers disposal either way — diverting it is just the right way to run the route.
