Effective August 22, 2026. These are the terms that apply when you rent a roll-off dumpster from, or book junk removal with, The Junk Sharks Dumpster Rental, 2017 NE Jacksonville Rd, Ocala, FL 34470. They are written to match what our pricing pages already say; if anything here ever conflicts with a written quote we send you, the quote wins.

Booking and quotes

You can book online, by phone, or by text. No credit card is required to place a booking; we confirm the details with you before delivery.
Your flat rate is set by the dumpster size and the delivery address at the time of booking. Ocala and Marion County addresses use our Ocala rate card; Gainesville-office deliveries use the Gainesville rate card. We tell you which applies before the truck rolls.
Every quote states the size, the flat rate, the disposal tonnage included, and the rental window.

What the flat rate includes

Delivery, pickup, and the disposal tonnage listed for that size (for example, 2 tons on a 20 yard in Ocala).
A 10-day rental window, counted from the day the container is delivered.
Boards under the rails where the surface warrants it.

Extra days, overweight loads, and swap-outs

Extra days. Keep the container past day 10 and the extra days are billed at the flat daily rate we quote at booking. Monthly and long-term pricing is available for contractors and renovations — ask when you book.
Overweight loads. If your load weighs more than the tonnage included in your rate, the excess is billed per ton at the overage rate quoted at booking, calculated from the certified landfill scale ticket. We show you that ticket.
Swap-outs. An empty-and-return mid-project is priced as a fresh rental for the new container, with its own included tonnage and rental window.

Loading the dumpster

Load level with the top rail — nothing above the line and nothing hanging over the sides. The truck cannot legally transport an overfilled container, and we will ask you to remove the excess before pickup.
Some materials are not allowed in a roll-off: hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, refrigerants, asbestos, and similar items. The full list is on what can't go in a dumpster. Prohibited items found in a load are removed and disposed of at the customer's cost.
Heavy material such as concrete, dirt, roofing tile, and brick goes in a 10 yard only, for axle-weight reasons explained in our weight-limits guide.

Placement, access, and your property

You are responsible for choosing a placement spot on private property that you own or have permission to use, and for telling us about low branches, wires, gates, soft ground, or septic systems before delivery.
We place boards under the rails where the surface warrants it and take care on every drop, but no hauler can guarantee that a loaded steel container leaves zero marks on a surface. Pavers, fresh asphalt, and decorative concrete should be discussed with us before delivery.
If a container has to sit in a public street or right-of-way, the permit required by the City of Ocala or Marion County is the customer's responsibility; we will flag it at booking. Keep the container accessible for pickup. A blocked container that requires a second trip may be billed a return-trip charge quoted at the time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled delivery — call or text (352) 581-2576 (Ocala) or (352) 448-6230 (Gainesville).
Early pickup is available at no extra charge — tell us when you are done.

Junk removal

Junk removal is priced by the load tier on our junk removal price list. The crew confirms the price on site before loading; you may decline at that point with no obligation.
We donate and recycle usable items first wherever we can. Items listed as prohibited above cannot be hauled.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed on your quote or invoice. Disputed charges should be raised with our office within 14 days of the invoice date so we can pull the scale ticket and delivery records for you.

Liability

We are licensed and insured (USDOT 3387246). Our responsibility is limited to the container, the truck, and the work our crew performs; we are not responsible for items placed in the container by others, for the contents of a container left unattended, or for conditions on the property that were not disclosed before delivery. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Florida law.

Governing law and changes
