A 10 yard handles a single room or a small bathroom remodel. A 15 or 20 yard covers most whole-room renovations, roofing jobs and garage cleanouts. Every dumpster rental includes 10 days. Need longer? Extra days are available at a flat daily rate, and we offer monthly pricing for ongoing projects. Finished early? Call and we will pick it up sooner at no extra charge.
Each size includes a set disposal tonnage, 2 tons on the popular 20 yard, for example. If a load runs heavy, overage is billed at a flat per-ton rate straight off the certified scale ticket, and we show you that ticket. Heavy debris like concrete, dirt, tile and shingles adds up fast, so tell us what you are throwing away and we will steer you to the right size.
Yes. Contractors and homeowners book our dumpsters for roof tear-offs, remodels, demolition and new construction across Marion County, and we deliver straight to the job site. When one fills up mid-project, we do a swap-out: we bring an empty dumpster and haul the full one away in the same trip. Shingles are heavy, so a 15 or 20 yard is usually a better fit for a roof than a 30 yard, and a 30 or 40 yard suits new construction and large demolition. If the dumpster sits on your own driveway or private property, a permit is usually not required. If it needs to go on a public street or right-of-way, the city may require one. We point you in the right direction when you book.
Household junk, furniture, construction debris and yard waste are all fine. Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, tires, batteries and asbestos) cannot go in a dumpster. Ask us and we will tell you exactly how to handle those items.
