Every roll-off rental includes 10 days. Need longer? Extra days are available at a flat daily rate, and we offer monthly pricing for ongoing projects. Finished early? Call and we will pick it up sooner at no extra charge.
Each size includes a set disposal tonnage — 2 tons on the popular 20 yard, for example. If a load runs heavy, overage is billed at a flat per-ton rate straight off the certified scale ticket, and we show you that ticket. Heavy debris like concrete, dirt, tile and shingles adds up fast, so tell us what you are throwing away and we will steer you to the right size.

If the dumpster sits on your own driveway or private property, a permit is usually not required. If it needs to go on a public street or right-of-way, the city may require one — we point you in the right direction when you book.

Yes. Usable furniture, appliances and household goods go to local Marion County charities first. We recycle metal, cardboard and clean yard waste, and only what is genuinely left over goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill.
