A 10 yard handles a single room or a small bathroom remodel. A 15 or 20 yard covers most whole-room renovations, roofing jobs and garage cleanouts. A 30 or 40 yard is built for new construction, large estate cleanouts and commercial work. Every roll-off rental includes 14 days. Need longer? Extra days are available at a flat daily rate, and we offer monthly pricing for ongoing projects. Finished early? Call and we will pick it up sooner at no extra charge.
Each size includes a set disposal tonnage — 2 tons on the popular 20 yard, for example. If a load runs heavy, overage is billed at a flat per-ton rate straight off the certified scale ticket, and we show you that ticket. Heavy debris like concrete, dirt, tile and shingles adds up fast, so tell us what you are throwing away and we will steer you to the right size.
Full-service junk removal runs from $149 for a few items up to $599 for a full truck load — all-inclusive of labor, hauling and disposal. You approve the exact price on-site before we lift a thing. See everything we haul away.

Not always. For a dumpster drop, mark the spot and our driver will place it exactly there — you do not need to be home. For junk removal, someone should be on-site to point at what goes and approve the flat price, though we can often walk it by phone with texted photos instead.
No. Every roll-off is set down on protective boards and placed exactly where you point. We have delivered to thousands of Ocala driveways — concrete, asphalt and pavers — without leaving a mark.
If the dumpster sits on your own driveway or private property, a permit is usually not required. If it needs to go on a public street or right-of-way, the city may require one — we point you in the right direction when you book.
Household junk, furniture, construction debris and yard waste are all fine. Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, tires, batteries and asbestos — cannot go in a roll-off. Ask us and we will tell you exactly how to handle those items.
Yes. Usable furniture, appliances and household goods go to local Marion County charities first. We recycle metal, cardboard and clean yard waste, and only what is genuinely left over goes to a licensed transfer station or landfill.
