Do I need to drain the hot tub first?
No. We'll drain whatever water is left as part of the job. Draining it ahead of time speeds things up, but it's never required.
Do you disconnect the electrical?
We disconnect the tub-side wiring to remove it safely. Hard-wired 240V circuits should be shut off at the breaker — have an electrician disconnect at the panel if needed, and we handle the rest.
Can you remove a hot tub built into a deck?
Yes. We cut the shell free and can remove the surrounding deck framing or gazebo too — just tell us what should go when we quote it.
How do you get it out of a fenced backyard?
We cut the tub down into sections small enough to carry out through gates and tight side yards. Access is rarely a problem for our crew.
What happens to the old tub?
We break it down and recycle the metal, framing and components where facilities allow; the rest is disposed of responsibly.
