Old camper or RV hauled off — running or not.
A dead camper or motorhome taking up the driveway or lot is a heavy, awkward problem. We haul it away — travel trailer, 5th wheel or motorhome — running or not, so you get the space back.
Camper & RV removal · Inverness & Citrus County
Inverness sits in the middle of Florida camp country. The Withlacoochee State Trail runs straight through downtown, Fort Cooper State Park is five minutes south, and the Tsala Apopka chain wraps the town in lake water on three sides. Campers collect here for good reasons, and plenty of them never leave. A travel trailer bought for weekends on the chain gets parked beside a lake house on Gospel Island, the kids grow up, and twenty years later it is still sitting there with soft tires and a tarp over the roof vent. Add a couple of hurricane seasons and a slow leak, and a rig crosses the line from camper to problem.
If you are ready to get rid of a camper in Inverness, we make it a one-call job. The Junk Sharks come out, look at the rig and how it sits, quote one flat number, and haul the whole thing away. You do not empty it, drag it to the road, or figure out where a rotted trailer even goes. Camper removal and camper disposal are our everyday work, from pop-ups behind Inverness Highlands houses to motorhomes that have not cranked since the last big storm season.

Every kind of rig
If it was built to camp in, we can haul it off an Inverness lot. Our crews remove:
Straightforward pricing
Price comes down to the size and type of the camper and how much teardown it takes to get it off your property. Smaller pop-ups and tent campers start around $149, and the number climbs from there for big travel trailers, 5th wheels and motorhomes. Every quote is flat and all-in: loading or towing, cut-down work where a rig will not roll or fit, hauling, and disposal. A scrap camper is worth more recycled than buried, so the metal comes out and goes to recycling instead of the landfill.
Flat tires do not raise the price. Neither does a dead engine, a missing tongue jack or a tight lakefront lot with oaks hanging over the drive. We tell you the exact number in person, after we have walked around the camper and seen the access, and before any work starts. That matters in Inverness, where two identical travel trailers can be very different jobs — one on a paved pad off SR 44, the other settled into soft ground behind a lake house for a decade. You hear the number first, and nothing happens until you approve it.

Coverage
We cover all of Inverness — downtown around the courthouse square, Gospel Island, the Highlands north and south, and the lakefront streets on Big and Little Lake Henderson — plus the communities around it. Crews run to Hernando and the north side of the chain, to Floral City under the oaks on Orange Avenue, and out to Lecanto, Citrus Hills, Beverly Hills and Citrus Springs. A camper parked near the Withlacoochee State Trail, down a sand road off US 41 toward Fort Cooper, or behind a river place near the Withlacoochee itself is all normal territory for us.

Book Camper RemovalSmaller pop-ups and tent campers start around $149, and the price rises with size and teardown — large travel trailers, 5th wheels and motorhomes cost more. We give you an exact flat quote on-site in Inverness after seeing the camper and its access, before any work begins. That one number covers loading or towing, any cut-down, hauling, and disposal with metal recycling. Flat tires, a dead engine or a cramped lot never add a fee.
Yes — most of the campers we haul out of Citrus County have not moved in years. Dead engines, seized bearings, flat and rotted tires, frames settled into the sand: none of it stops the job or adds to the price. If the rig can roll, we tow it out. If it cannot, we load it whole or cut it down on-site and haul it away in sections.
Usually, yes. A missing title is not normally a problem for removal and disposal — we deal with derelict and abandoned rigs all the time, and the paperwork on an old camper is often long gone. You just confirm the camper is yours to dispose of, and we handle the rest. If anything about your situation seems unusual, call or text us and we will talk it through before booking.
Yes. Large travel trailers, 5th wheels and full-size Class A motorhomes are regular jobs for us, not special requests. Big rigs sometimes need to be towed out and sometimes need cut-down work to clear a gate, a carport or low oak limbs — we sort out the method when we quote, and the flat price you approve covers whichever way it has to happen.
Almost always. Lots on the Tsala Apopka chain are exactly the kind of access we plan for — narrow sand drives, soft ground near the water, seawalls, low branches and neighbors close on both sides. We look at the approach before quoting, pick the safest way out, and tight access itself never adds a surcharge. If a rig truly cannot come out whole, we cut it down and carry it out.
It gets dismantled and disposed of properly rather than dumped. Steel frames, axles, aluminum siding and other metal go off to recycling as scrap, and the remaining material is disposed of the right way. That recycling is part of how camper disposal stays reasonably priced. Nothing ends up sitting on a back lot or the side of a county road with your old registration still inside.
